Project Name: 3rd and 4th Floor Renovations Location: University of California, Irvine Owner: Regents of the University of California Description: SWGC renovated the 3rd and 4th floors of the Multipurpose Academic & Administrative Building at the University of California, Irvine. The project was completed in January 2011 with a contract value of approximately $625,000.

Project Name: Private VC Home Location: Valley Center, CA Owner: Private Owners Description: SWGC was involved in community recovery in the aftermath of the Cedar Fire in 2003. This project was a rebuild of a home destroyed by that fire. All materials were delivered via a walking bridge that spans the creek.
