What is a Construction Manager?
A professional construction manager strives to give an owner more effective control of complex construction, delivering high quality finished projects on time and within budget. A construction manager is your advocate, combining detailed technical knowledge with a commitment to meet your needs. Not affected by any conflicting interest, a construction manager represents owners in such crucial areas such as: design phase, permitting, fund control, bidding phase, construction quality control, and project closeout. Not all construction managers are alike!

Make sure your team includes a certified construction manager from the Construction Management Association of America!

Constructability Reviews
Why would your project need a constructability review?

Most plans are checked for code compliance by the local building authority while the design team has spent most of their funds on developing the drawings. Who is going to "proof read" the drawings to flush out the change orders? Who pays for the change orders? Without an independent plan review you could face a 10 to 20 percent change order rate due to coordination or constructability issues. Our review could save your project thousands of dollars, which could then be spent on enhancements to the project. As a bonus we will seek out the most cost effective building techniques and materials to lower your budget and review your project for the best construction schedule. Our pre-construction analysis and our experience on-site will give your project the best possible start.
